Professional tennis phenom Coco Gauff partnered with New Balance to create her first signature shoe. But there was a small problem: it was in the midst of a global pandemic. With the help of Microsoft Teams, they were able to collaborate without missing a step.

To showcase the tech behind this collab, we brought Coco’s inspiration to life in a hero video that gave fans a unique look behind the design.

Since Coco is a TikTok fiend with quite a following, we created a special piece of content specifically for her platform. In true Coco style, this video offered fans an insider look into her creative process while seamlessly highlighting how Microsoft Teams kept the collaboration going.

The results were impressive. With 6.9 million views, this campaign did more than just showcase the tech; it captured the essence of the collaboration—a fun and dynamic process driven by Coco's unique vision.
