Staycation.

October 2020, Curtis and I took our first trip together. We spent four nights in Oceanside where we surfed, wrestled on the beach, drank cocoa by the fire, cooked for each other, and watched outrageously gorgeous sunsets each night.

In Yachats, we surfed some more, swam with otters, and explored the quaint town on foot and by bike. Although they didn't make it in the video, my great friends Stuti and Taylor came down on Halloween weekend. We hiked Cape Perpetua, educated Curtis on the glory that is The Princess Bride, and ate our weight in candy.

It was a fantastic week on the coast—one that I will not soon forget.
